The most adorable wedding car drivers…

… and the best sunset I’ve ever seen in my life. I’m still so stoked that I was actually out photographing a wedding on this day! As the clouds rolled over, we could barely believe our eyes. I had taken Mitchell & Veronica out to one of my favourite locations in the valley and it was the perfect vantage point to take in the view from every angle.

Add to that my favourite dress designer, the best vendors in the Hunter Valley, a string quartet, two bands at the reception, a shoey in the best man’s speech, wild dancing all night. Mitchell & Veronica didn’t do things by halves. I love shooting small intimate wedding days, but there is also so much to be said for elaborate over the top days that feel positively unreal.
