In the leadup to this Bells at Killcare wedding, I had an insider tip from a mate on a killer photo spot nearby. I got there early in the morning to suss it out before I started shooting and was pretty pumped on how good it should look at sunset. My little VW Golf barely made it up the track that was clearly intended for 4WD’s, but I wasn’t going to let that stop me. The afternoon came around, I was hustling family + bridal party photos to make sure we got there before dark. I threw Alyssa, Gavin & our videographer Matt in and headed back up the track. There were a few scrapes and questionable moments, but we got there. Involuntary noises of photographer excitement ensued for the next 20 minutes or so as the sunset played out.

The rest of the day delivered in a big way as well. Bells at Killcare is without a doubt the finest spot to get married on the central coast. Every time I’m there, it’s a dream.
