With the 2013-14 wedding season just around the corner, it was great to ease back into things second shooting for Cavanagh Photography at Renee & Colin’s wedding. It’s always nice to shoot out in the valley, with Peppers Creek being no exception. Big skies, plenty of vines, and every photographer’s favourite – long grass. Backlit long grass, even. Mmmmm.

There were a few games to play during the cocktail hour, including boules & quoites. Luckily, despite the combination of airborne horseshoes and alcohol, no-one was injured. It also appears that regardless of your age, no one really knows how to play croquet.

It was a joy to spend the day with these two and their guests – as you can see, you couldn’t wipe the smiles off their faces.
