On a Friday a few weeks back, I was second shooting for the talented Bec Essery. The boys had prepared an amazing outdoor ceremony location as well as an indoor backup – luckily we only needed one. Andy & Renee were super cute together and had a top-notch bridal party to back them up. We got a few drops on us during the ceremony, but it cleared away for us to get some time at the iconic Fernleigh Track. We squeezed in a few more minutes before the sky turned black and unleashed a major thunderstorm – just in time to head to their reception at Merewether Surfhouse (which Bec photographed).

A good day for weather sealing, that’s for sure.
