Where to even begin on a wedding with so much awesome? From the first few details that Jaime & Matt shared with me, I knew this was going to be an incredible wedding. By the time the date came around, I think I was just as excited as they were.

Held at the beautiful Hanging Tree Wines in the Hunter Valley, it felt more like entering a home rather than a venue. The centerpiece was definitely the dining table – entirely handmade by Matt specially for the wedding. DIY was the name of the game, with personalised details adorning every corner. While the boys got ready onsite, the girls were just around the corner at Cypress Lakes. The previous day, Jaime’s mum Kym had let me in on a surprise she had arranged – a stunning 1938 Ford pickup with an accompanying sedan for transport. Jaime’s face says it all.

Hanging Tree actually changed ownership shortly prior, meaning that Jaime & Matt’s wedding will be the last held there for the foreseeable future. I can’t imagine a more appropriate sendoff than a day filled with so much love & happiness.
