I always say that my favourite place to photograph is somewhere new – Abby & Joey definitely provided that. For this shoot I took a trip to Katoomba in the heart of the Blue Mountains. We spent some time at Lilianfels, the hotel where they first met whilst working there together. We then grabbed a few shots in Leura, before heading on to the main event – an amazing cliffside with a quintessential Blue Mountains view. These two were a breeze to work with – even if they did enjoy giving me a few heart palpitations hanging around near the cliff’s edge.

They’re tying the knot in just a few days, at one of my favourite Hunter venues – it’s going to be awesome. Can’t wait.
