Late last year, I was lucky enough to spend another day second shooting for Cavanagh Photography at Abbey & Ben’s beautiful Hunter Valley wedding.

These two were so crazy about each other, not even the rain could dampen their spirits. Thinking back, the thought that really sticks in my head is just as we were heading to our last photo spot before the reception. For whatever reason I looked back behind me, and Abbey was dancing. Dancing, in the middle of the road. She wasn’t placed there, she wasn’t posed…just dancing with pure happiness, like no-one was watching. Their day was filled with these moments of serendipity, which made it an absolute pleasure to photograph.
