I don’t get to second shoot as much as I used to, so I jumped at the chance to assist Damien Furey at Nic & Bel’s Central Coast wedding not too long ago. I shot the boys getting ready in Terrigal, before heading over to St Mary’s in Gosford for the ceremony. It was days later after showing a few of these images to my Mum, that I found that’s the same church my own Grandma was married in! Which was an awesome little connection to find out. These two were so obviously in love and not really able to hide it from anyone.

Loaded up in a wicked stretch Kombi, we hit the beach for a few photos – not letting some unexpected inlets stop us from where we were going. For their reception Nic & Bel had chosen one of my all time favourite venues, Bells at Killcare. Always a pleasure to shoot in the grounds there and food is top-notch also! This was a real cracker of a wedding and featured some first-rate people to share it with – couldn’t ask for anything more.
