Everything was set for a perfect engagement shoot. We had a couple of great locations ready to go. We were going to be shooting around sunset – my favourite time of the day. And we had one beautiful couple all dressed up, prepared to make some great photos. The weather had other plans in mind for our evening though, which forced a bit of creative ad-lib to keep things going.
As it turned out, I had nothing to worry about – Mel & Adam breezed through the session like it was clear skies on a summer day on a beach at a resort in Hawaii. Or something like that. I often get my favourite shots towards the end of a shoot when everyone is relaxed, and this was definitely the case here. Check those eyes in the last frame – fantastic. Their wedding is coming up soon – come rain, hail or shine, I can’t wait.
