When I book a wedding out of town, I always hope to get something that really shows off the area. If I'm in Sydney I want to shoot the harbour, if I'm in Paris I want to shoot the Eiffel tower. If I'm in Tamworth I want to shoot a country farm, perhaps with some cows, horses, sheep and dogs. Kumbogie Woolshed nails the vibe and it was a pleasure to shoot Leah & Toby's wedding there. My favourite place to shoot is always somewhere I've never been before and this was no exception 😊
I came into this wedding off a week of nonexistent sleep - Liv and I had been in and out of hospital and my son Max was actually born at 1AM the day beforehand. Wedding adrenaline never fails though.
