You know those people who from the first moment you meet, you just have a gut feeling that you’re going to get on? That’s Lesley & Mark. And the more I got to know them, the more that intuition turned out to be 100% correct.

I got to meet their awesome pug Polly, who was absolutely loving sniffing every country smell available. I learned about Mark’s fascination with watches, and that his wedding-day watch was of his own design. I heard the beautiful story of how Lesley & Mark met, from one of the most genuine and amazing celebrants I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. This wedding was the perfect mix of everything a wedding should be. It rained non-stop, but I feel like that just added to the character of the day – it made for a cosy ceremony at the very least. It was my first time shooting out at Adam’s Peak, a new-ish venue that is going to blow up in popularity very quickly. I could go on, but suffice to say this was a very special day indeed, filled with a down-to-earth crew who still knew how to party.
